What to send
Include pickup and delivery addresses, ready date, required delivery window, pallet count, dimensions and gross weight per piece. Say whether a dock or forklift is available at each end, and describe liftgate, appointment or access requirements.
How a request works
The homepage quote form prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is delivered to dispatch until you send that email. If no email app opens, copy the details into your preferred email service or call dispatch. A request is not a confirmed booking; obtain written acceptance and a rate confirmation.
